Lock ownership proof before you share CAD. Put pattern files, dated design files, and a signed factory agreement that you own tooling and pattern on record.

- Dated pattern and design files on file before share.
- Factory acknowledgment timestamped where possible.
- Keep the trail if ownership is disputed later.
