My factory already sends photos in chat. Why do I need this?
Chat photos scroll away. Finance cannot hold a deposit on a chat screenshot. Factory Bouncer ties each photo to a protection on your run, stamps the date, shows money at risk while that proof is open, and keeps a Production Clearance record your CFO can approve against.
What if my factory refuses to provide proof?
That answer is the risk signal. You still control the chat and the deposit. Hold the deposit, ask for specific lot photos against the locked swatch, and keep the hold written in your clearance record. Most factories send proof when the request is concrete and tied to money.
What is a release before a part of the run starts?
Dated proof that factory input matches your locked tech pack before THAT part of the run starts, with money at risk and a release log if they start without it.
Is this Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM)?
