You need two files on record: your locked tech pack baseline and their factory proof photo dated before cut. That is baseline versus factory.
Checklist
- Lock the approved tech pack baseline before production starts.
- Collect factory proof (photo, lot, plant) against that baseline before cut.
- Secure the gate when baseline and factory match.
- Export the clearance trail for compliance and finance.
