Jinjiang plant pushed equivalent mesh mid run. What we did.

They said the locked Cordura was delayed and offered a mesh equivalent at the same price. We held deposit, demanded a lot photo against the locked swatch, and refused cut until the file matched.
This is the classic mid-run swap in Jinjiang. The plant has scissors ready and cash pressure. Equivalent means cheaper stock on their floor, not your approved pack.
We asked for a 20 second table video with the lot card and a cut next to the locked swatch. They could not show the lot. That is the tell.
Written ask: hold deposit release until lot proof matches the locked BOM. Dated. No verbal trust-us. Finance saw $ still at risk on open materials.
How we log this in Factory Bouncer
Lock the BOM and swatch as Baseline on Materials. Request factory lot photo as factory proof. If empty or mismatch, use Hold deposit so the ask and $ at risk stay on record.
